We manage the worldwide PR of unique sports competitions, help charity runs to reach a global audience and support our clients in the preparation of press conferences and events.

Our enthusiasm for sports and nature led us to support international sports competitions with communication work and endorse fascinating charity runs in Mongolia and Kenya. We give you a glimpse into these projects in the green box.

Apart from our work for big sports competitions and charities, we strive to include PR events in our integrated communication concepts. We optimize the visibility and communication output of press conferences, symposiums, trade shows, workshops and business talks. We support our clients in the preparation and organization of such events – be it a media day at the headquarters, the opening ceremony of a new production site or a press conference with industry journalists. Our support does not only include organizational and media work, but also content-related preparation and training of representatives. Together with experienced TV journalists, we conduct camera and interview trainings to prepare our clients for the spotlight.

Our work for sports events and charities

  • outdoortrophy: Hagen PR is the communication agency of the extreme relay race outdoortrophy – the unofficial world championships in outdoor sports. We support this team competition (mountain running, paragliding, white-water kayaking & mountain biking) with an extensive PR package: strategy, research, media relations, Social Media, press releases in up to five languages, press trips for international journalists, press conferences, etc. Read more in the Case Study.
  • Mongolia Sunrise to Sunset: Hagen PR endorses the charity event Mongolia Sunrise to Sunset (MS2S), taking place annually since 1999 and known as one of the world’s most beautiful 100km ultramarathons, with global PR work. All proceeds of the non-profit race are used to support preservation projects as well as cultural and educational activities in Hovsgol National Park. The MS2S offers some of the most pristine trail running on the planet and the chance to get in touch with the nomadic culture of the local population.   • Amazing Maasai Marathon: Running with the Maasai! The Maasai Marathon at the foothills of beautiful Mount Kenya is a unique experience. All proceeds are used to fund education projects for Maasai girls through the Amazing Maasai Girls Project.
